Sausage scramble

This is one of my favorite breakfasts. I love scrambled eggs since they cook so fast, and as a mom to a newborn, time is of the essence.

Sausage Scramble

1/2 -1 cup milk, your preference
4 eggs
3 sausage links (I use paprika sauasage, keilbasa would be awesome as well)
1/2 red, green, and yellow bell pepper (or your choice of equivalent)
1 onion
paprika powder dash
pepper dash
olive oil

Prep work:
1. Cut your sausage links into rounds
2. Dice your onion
3. Dice your bell pepper halves
4. Mix your eggs, milk, paprika, and pepper in a bowl

Let's get cooking:
1. Heat up oil in the bottom of your frying pan
2. Add the onions and cook until caramelized
3. Add in your bell peppers and cook until the edges are crisp
4. Add in your sausage and cook until they start to puff a bit and brown on the cut edges
5. Add in your egg and scramble until cooked through

This recipe can be switched up really easily by adding in or swapping ingredients. I also really like to make this with cut up nuremburger sausage links, breakfasts sausages would be great as well.
