Not the healthiest of menus this week, but I was in a "comfort food" mood when I made it. Meatloaf sounds really good though, might have to swap out one of my dinners this week and make that! I like to make mine with ground turkey to lower the fat content.

Flank Steaks, Mashed Potatoes, salad, mixed fruit (honeydew, cantaloupe, grapes)

Ghanaian Corned Beef Stew, Rice, mixed vegetables, honeydew melon

Jollof Rice, baked chicken, salad, melon

Baked chicken, mashed potatoes, stuffing, cranberry sauce, mixed veggies

Creamy Ham Casserole, fruit or salad, baked bread

Pizza and salad

Lunches: Leftover overs from the previous dinner.

Breakfast: Fruit and yogurt smoothies, or streusel bread w/ half an apple.

Have a great week!

Well I am traveling and in California right now on business so we haven't been planning meals. But we were promoting at a local Art, Wine and Chocolate Festival yesterday and the chocolates and wines we tasted were GREAT!

You are so good about meal planning. I will add this to my list of goals upon my return from my trip.
